·A total of 4 Personal meetings including wedding day and unlimited consultation via phone call, SMS, or online chat for OTD Services.
a. 1st Meeting - Setting up expectations, discussion pertaining to the event and contract signing
b. 2nd Meeting – Ocular visit to the Church/ Venue, Hotel and Reception
c. 3rd Meeting -- Finalize event details and/or Rehearsals.
c. 4th Meeting – Day of Wedding
·Coordinators consist of 1 Event Manager and 4 Event Specialists
·E-mail confirmation reserving the date, time and location of the wedding day and rehearsal services if applicable.
·Review of all vendor contracts and confirmation of vendor services 5 days prior to the wedding day.
·Comprehensive Wedding Checklist
·Assistance in development of a wedding day itinerary.
·Assistance in development of Program and Scripts.
·Directing services on the wedding day not exceeding 10 hours.
·Organize & distribute all person flowers to wedding party, family members & special guest
·Provision of wedding emergency kit.
·Personal management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors, and the wedding party.
·Facilitate the wedding ceremony
o Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony
o Oversee ushers & guest book attendants
o Make sure that all members of the wedding party are looking picture perfect
·Properly line up processional & cue musicians
·Place table names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set per your instructions
·Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception
·Back Up Emcee if necessary
·Receiving receipt ( if you want to endorse your full payment for your suppliers to us on the day of wedding)
·Return any personal or rented items to their owner
